Delivery

Items can be delivered anywhere in Mainland UK. Delivery is also possible outside Mainland UK, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Costs

There is a flat rate of £4.50 (which includes VAT) for orders of below £70.00, orders above £70.00 are delivered free. Please note: Shipping prices for wholesale orders will depend on the weight of the order and your location.

Delivery will be made either by Royal Mail or Courier. All orders will be shipped within three days of receiving the order. Disclaimer: We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery by Royal Mail outside of our control including industrial action or severe weather conditions and subsequent disruption to the service.

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your delivery from Petala Soaps but if you need to return goods we can offer a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Please note that in the case of returned goods that are unwanted, the cost of postage to return is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed. No responsibility is taken for goods returned that are lost in transit. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage in case returned goods do not reach us.

Faulty Goods

Should you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us by email and a refund or replacement will be issued. 

Bespoke Products

For bespoke products manufactured specifically for a customer in any way, whether with the customer’s colour, design or any other aspect of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any products which are not damaged or faulty. Products that are deemed damaged or faulty on delivery will be replaced where possible, or refunded.
